Our rate for an 1 hour initial consultation is $400.00 that must be paid at the time of the consultation. Thereafter, the attorneys’ hourly rate is $400/hour. When you decide to work with us, we require a retainer of $8,000 to get started. We take Visa and Mastercard and are happy to make payment arrangements on balances after the initial retainer is exhausted as needed: $500/month or the amount necessary to pay off your balance within one year, whichever is greater.
